A variety of wiping strength would have been beneficial here, as you need more or less water on tiles than on wood.
The robot's cleaning abilities are excellent on bare flooring. It picked up small objects like rice easily and was able to deal with bulkier debris, such as cereal, on this kind of surface too. It had a tough time with the most difficult test that we have, the test for flour spillage. It was able collect 45g of flour, however there was visible traces of flour on the floor.
Its navigation abilities are a little iffy as well. It slammed into furniture all the time, with a few furniture pieces getting scratched. It does, at a minimum have a bumper that soaks up the impact. It also has the ability to climb over quite high thresholds which is a major bonus.
The G20 is also a relatively quiet machine. Its decibel levels were 65db. This is comparable to the sound created by an air conditioner. This is a great choice to consider if you're seeking a quiet robot vacuum. The G20 does not have a map-making feature, which is something that many of its competitors do. This means that you can't make it a habit to avoid certain areas or rooms if they are full of clutter.
