Dr. Kiran Peddi was born in a small town referred to as Jagtial in Karimnagar district where he spent his adolescence. His father was working as a senior government in then called APSEB, and worked in Warangal district most of the time. Dr Kirans main education was in a small faculty in Hanamkonda and moved to well-liked St Gabriels High college in Kazipet for middle and better schooling.
