The Q Revo is a great option if you're seeking a robot mop and vacuum that's mid-range. It offers a great mopping experience but lacks the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart.
In tests it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats out of carpets with a medium pile. It doesn't use LIDAR, however, as other models do, to identify your home.
iRobot Roomba s9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It has a lot of features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is built into the base of charging. This robot can learn your habits of cleaning, and suggest automated schedules to give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.
It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automatic cleaning functions at the push of the button. You can choose the general clean option, which prioritizes the removal of larger particles like rice and cereal. Or you can select two detailed mappings to ensure that your home is completely cleaned.
This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with a low pile. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as other models do and can pick up pet hair with ease. It has a difficult time with high-pile carpets or plush carpets however iRobot promises that the next models will be better.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that concentrates on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that has flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes that this will allow it hug the furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the standard hockey puck shape of most robovacs, though we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot also claims that the S9+ comes with a superior filtering system that stops tiny dust particles and allergens from recirculating throughout your home. We think it's a nice statement however, it's not enough to justify a premium price.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors to store the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map the interior. It then cleans your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, and establish virtual boundary markers, so that it can recognize areas that require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as good as those on higher-end models. Its mopping system is even better - its spinning pads scrub your floors much more effectively than an ordinary pad that vibrates.
The only downside is that it lacks an additional rubber brush for more thorough cleaning, but that's a small cost to pay if want to get one of the best robots available. The dust tank of the robo-vac is bigger than most of its competitors and filling it up takes only two or three times, even when you have maximum dirt.
As for the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub hard dirt off my floors. Its two lowest mopping modes that are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, create very little noise, which allows you to work or watch TV without interruption. If it encounters the wall or a furniture piece it gently smacks into it before moving along.
The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically moves physical trash to the hidden bin, as well as cleans and drys mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong, such as a low clean water tank or a cancelled vacuuming session due to an empty bin.
You can also create and combine rooms to modify how the Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home or if you need to regularly clear out clutter such as toys, clothes and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best performers in my tests cleaning up debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first pass. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a high-end robot vacuum and mop and more. It comes with a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets and hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has an auto-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for reuse. It also features a new sensor system that can better detects obstacles, granting it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.
The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this version is sleeker and more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang Olufsen products). The robot is still quite large. It has a height of more than two feet the height and depth and weighs nearly four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.
This model is also more efficient than the X1 version, since it has faster battery charging and can complete a cleaning of about 1,500 square feet in one charge. And it has a larger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris and is easier to empty when required.

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and robot vacuum that comes with a range of features that you aren't likely to find on robots of this price. It can build precise floor maps, recognize different flooring types and is one of the few that can automatically wash and dry its mop pads. Although these features are useful, they also put the L10s Ultra in the category of luxury, which might make it a little more expensive than the average homeowner require.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's slim and tall and has a white-colored finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a huge bumper that helps protect furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage while moving through the house. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane, which help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the screen, you'll find a single button that essentially serves as the on/off switch. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and return it to its base station.
