The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you are looking for a robotic vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It has a great mopping performance but lacks some of the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart.
During testing, it was able remove pet hair and dry oats out of medium-pile carpets. However, unlike other models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to map out your home.
Roomba s9+ iRobot from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the top-rated robots. It is loaded with features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is integrated into the base of charging. This robot can recognize your cleaning habits, and suggest automatic schedules to provide you with a truly hands-free cleaning experience.
The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is set up, you can start cleaning automatically with just one button. You can select the general clean option which focuses on the elimination of larger particles like rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that the entire home is completely cleaned.
This robot vacuum is effective on both floors that are bare and carpet with a low pile. It can pick up pet hair and clean large items up. It doesn't lose suction as quickly as other robot vacuums. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, however iRobot claims it will improve in the future with new models.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which focuses on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted, D-shaped design, which it hopes will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's a nice change from the traditional hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be incrementally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with an advanced filtration system, which prevents tiny particles and allergens from circulating in your home. We think it's a nice statement but not enough to justify a premium price.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors to keep track of the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map your interior of your home. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers and also to clean your entire house efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundaries so that the robot knows what areas require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robot that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are as effective as those of more expensive models and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a better job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibration pad.
It's only downside is the lack of a second brush for deeper cleaning. However, that's not a major issue for those who want to own one of the best robots available. The dust tank on the robovac is bigger than most of its competitors, and filling it up takes only two or three times, even when you've got the most dirt.
As for the mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the more powerful ones, generate very little noise, which allows you to work or even watch TV without distraction. If it comes across the wall or a piece of furniture, it gently bumps into it and moves forward.
What sets the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to operate almost completely autonomously, requiring only a little for user intervention. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and automatically transfers garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app will only inform you when something is wrong for example, the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to a full bin.
You can also create and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is beneficial for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home, or when you have to frequently remove clutter, such as toys, clothes and books. The robot vacuum was also among the top performers in my tests and was able to remove debris from carpets and hardwood floors on the first attempt. It is able to even remove wet spills but I would suggest wiping them dry using a clean cloth before bringing the robot into.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a premium robot vacuum and mop combo and more. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum that has a powerful suction that cleans hard and carpet floors, and a rotating mop that scrubs tough stains. It also comes with an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans the mop pads, keeping them clean and ready to be reused. It also has a sensor system that can detect obstacles better which allows it to avoid falling onto furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model has a sleeker, more modern design thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for its Bang Olufsen products). The robot is still big. It measures over two feet in both height and depth, and weighs almost four pounds. However, the robot and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.
This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and cleans 1,500 square feet in a single charge. It also has a larger and more durable dustbin that can hold more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
Additionally, the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and a voice assistant that works offline, which means you can manage it even when not at home. It also comes with an intelligent routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a predetermined route.
The X2 Omni is the best robot for mopping. Its rotating mop pads clean tough stains and its motor produces a lot of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also outstanding, and it also increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a huge battery that can last for weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as anything we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and vacuum robot that comes with a variety of convenience features that you aren't likely to find on robots in this price. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, identify different types of flooring, and it's one of the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. But while these functions are nice to have but they also put the L10s Ultra in the category of luxury, which might make it somewhat more expensive than some homeowners need.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It is tall and slim with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine features an enormous bumper that shields the vacuum cleaner and furniture when you are moving around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button which serves as an on/off switch. This button will turn on the vacuum. If you click it again, it will turn it off and send it back to its base station. The central control panel has an oblique menu that allows you to select cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences. The left and right buttons will open the app's settings which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

Its mops are efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of debris from our tile, wood, and carpet tests. However, it wasn't quite as effective in removing sand from the floor or Quaker oats on carpet.
