The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for an affordable mop and robot vacuum . It offers a great mopping experience, but it lacks the features that make up its more expensive sibling.
In the course of testing, it was able to handle dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet and pet hair on hard floors. It doesn't employ LIDAR however, as cheaper models do, to map your home.
Roomba s9+ from iRobot
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the best-rated robots. It offers impressive cleaning power and plenty of features that include a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. This robot can learn your cleaning habits, and suggest automated schedules to give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.
Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once the system is set up it can begin automatic cleaning with a single button click. You can choose an overall clean that focuses on the removal of larger debris such as rice and cereal. You can also select two detailed mappings to ensure that your home is completely cleaned.
This robot vacuum performs well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It is able to pick up pet hair and also suck big objects up. It doesn't lose suction as fast as some other robot vacuums. It's a challenge with plush or high-pile carpets however iRobot promises that the next models will be more efficient.
The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which focuses on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which will allow it to be able to swaddle walls and furniture. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs that are standard however we found it to be only marginally better than circular models.
iRobot claims that the S9+ also has superior filtration which blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. It's a nice claim, but we're not convinced it's enough to justify the high price cost.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology for mapping the interior. It can then clean your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home app lets you manage the robot and plan cleaning times, as well as establish virtual boundary markers, so that it can recognize areas that require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a machine that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. best robot vacuum for hardwood floors are as effective as those of higher-end models, and its mopping system is superior, as its spinning pads do a more impressive job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.
The only drawback is that it lacks an additional rubber brush for deeper cleaning, but it's an affordable price to pay if you want one of the best robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank larger than many of its competitors and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it up, even with the highest dirt level.
For the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest that are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, produce little noise, allowing you to work or even watch television without interruption. If it comes across a wall or piece of furniture it gently bumps into it and then moves along.
The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and can automatically transfer trash into a hidden bin. It also washes and dries, as well as refills the clean water tank. The app will only alert you when something is not right for example, low water levels or a cancelled vacuuming session due to an empty bin.
You can also create and combine actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your house or when you have to frequently clear out clutter such as toys, clothes, and books. The robot vacuum is also efficient and was one of the top performers in my tests, removing debris from both carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying them with a towel before sending it into.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a premium robot vacuum and mop and more. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum that has a powerful suction to clean carpet and hard floors, and a rotating mop that scrubs tough staining. It also has an automatic cleaning station that cleans and empty the mop pads to keep them clean and ready to be reused. It also has a new sensor system that better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang Olufsen product line. The robot is still large--it is more than two feet in both height and depth, and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.
This model is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has faster battery charging and can handle a full cleaning of approximately 1,500 square feet on one charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris, making it easier to empty it when needed.
The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that is functional even when you're at home. It also has a smart routing feature that allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a predetermined route.
The Omni X2 Omni has the top mopping performance of any robot we've tested due to its rotating mop pads that remove tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding, and it also increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure thorough cleaning. It also has a huge battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as any we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.

The front of the machine has a large bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home. In the pane in the front is an additional navigation technology with sensors that aid the L10s Ultra maneuver tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button which is used as an on/off switch. The button will activate the vacuum. Clicking it again will turn it off and send it back to its base station. The center of the control panel has the circular menu which lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will open the settings menu in which you can tweak how the L10s Ultra works with your home.
Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technologies to help you map out your home. This helps the robot vacuum and mop effectively without getting stuck. The LIDAR helps the robot vacuum avoid obstacles and recognize them and avoid them, which is a great feature for households with pets or young children.
The L10s Ultra offers solid vacuuming performance which clears 98.4 percent of debris from our hardwood floor test and removing all but the most stubborn juice stain. Its mops are also quite efficient, removing 98.4% of debris on our wood, tile and carpet tests. However, it wasn't quite as great at tackling sand on the floor or the quaker oats that are on carpet.
